Anbang is planning to cede its subsidiary Hexie Health

Anbang Insurance Group is planning to sell its health insurance subsidiary Hexie Health. This operation would be the first of its kind since the Chinese group has been put under supervision in February 23, 2018.

The takeover by the authorities was intended to combat the illegal practices of the company and protect the interests of the policyholders.
