Allianz: significant profit increase as of 30 September 2021

Allianz group has recorded a 38.9% higher net profit during the first nine months of 2021, going from 5.232 billion EUR (6.124 billion USD) on 30 September 2020 to 7.269 billion EUR (8.46 billion USD) after one year.

The operating result has increased by 27.2% to reach 9.891 billion EUR (11.51 billion USD). The German insurer's income has also improved by 5% and stood at 110.1 billion EUR (128.175 billion USD) compared to 104.9 billion EUR (122.7 billion USD) by the end of September 2020.

Allianz is now forecasting an operating profit exceeding 12 billion EUR (13.85 billion USD) by the end of the current year.
