Allianz increases the funds dedicated to digital investment

The German insurer Allianz has increased by 1 billion EUR (1.4 billion USD) the funds of its digital investment unit, Allianz X.
Additional funds are intended for investments in insurtech companies.

This financial contribution allows Allianz to advance the group's digitisation strategy. In terms of capital, Allianz X becomes, hence, one of the largest European companies dedicated to digital investment.
