Allianz: H1 2022 results

As at 30 June 2022, Allianz has recorded a 7.2% increase in its turnover to reach 81.2 billion EUR (85.2 billion USD ).

The operating profit grew by 1.2% to 6.7 billion EUR (7.03 billion USD). The group's net profit amounted to 2.5 billion EUR (2.6 billion USD), down 50.4% over one year. The net result was impacted by the booking, in the first quarter of 2022, of an additional provision of 1.9 billion EUR (2.1 billion USD) related to a litigation over the structured Alpha funds.
