All rural residents will soon be covered

SSO ( Social Security Organisation) general manager declared that by the end of the fourth year development plan (2005 and 2010), all the inhabitants of rural areas will have been insured by the SSO.
Currently, most rural areas do not benefit from any social security scheme.
