Al Khazna has bought out 15% stakes of SANAD Co-operative's capital

Al Khazna Insurance Company has bought out 15% stakes of the capital of the Saudi company SANAD Co-operative Insurance and Reinsurance. As a result of the move, Al Khazna, henceforth, has two representatives at Sanad's board of directors in the persons of Ahmad Mohammad Al Rumaithi and Hamad Jassem Darwish. As to Al Khazna's General Manager, Mohammad Jassem, he will be also entrusted with the duty of Sanad's Administrative Manager.
