African insurers are keen on adopting a code of conduct

Participants to AIO's 37^thconference have called upon African insurers to adopt a code of conduct and to put an end to practices that hinder the due course of the market.

The low premiums' rates currently offered to the insured are directly concerned by this move. This code of conduct should stand as a regulatory tool and provide sanctions for companies that are in breach of this code.
