The 61st Rendez-Vous de Septembre, which will be held from September 9 to 14, 2017 in Monte-Carlo, brings together, every year, hundreds of insurers and reinsurers from 81 different countries. During the event, a panel discussion will take place on September 12, 2017 entitled "Coping with global underinsurance in a context of growing global risks".
Participants anticipate a further reduction in reinsurance rates for the next renewal. This downward trend has persisted for several years.
